I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
The drawing size varies, only the Icon has a fixed size of 500x500px, the rest will depend on what was requested.
After the sketch is approved by the client, I don't make any changes.
No changes will be made after the artwork is completedPAYMENT TERMS:The client must pay 100% of the price in advance
Only payment accepted on Paypal, Payoneer or Stripe
I don't refund purchases from Adopt or YCH
Refunds of commissions will only be accepted within 7 days.
If the commission is already in the creation phase, with an approved sketch and everything else, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Adopt and YCH have a payment deadline of 48 hours
Commissions can be paid after everything is settled.
Only very large commissions can be paid in installments.
I only accept installment payments from clients who have already ordered from me at least 2 times.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
I own the intellectual property rights to all my creations.
I reserve the right to publish the drawings I create on all my social networks.
The client is not authorized to remove my signature
All artwork for personal use must be used as such. The client is not authorized to sell my art in t-shirt prints, keychains, buttons, prints, etc., even if the character is his. For commercial use please, ask me.
To commercialize my art, the client must inform me what it is intended for.
If the commission from the client is a surprise/gift for someone, please let me know in advance so that I don't post it on my social networks, I will only post it after some time.
The client can post the drawing wherever he wants, as long as he does not remove my signature.
If the client wants to cut the drawing to use it as a profile picture, banner or anything else, they are authorized to move my signature, as long as it is in a visible place.
